Gas Safety Certificates for Landlords
Let us take the stress out of keeping your tenants’ boilers in peak and safe condition. We regularly work with letting agents and landlords to provide boiler servicing and supply a Gas Safety Certificate when we’ve done our bit.
A Landlords Gas Safety Inspection Certificate CP12 is required by law to be issued every 12 months by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer.
